What is your cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend a class, credit toward a future workshop within the same training season will be given if written cancellation is received at least 5 business days prior to the workshop. No cancellations will be accepted via phone. You are welcome to send a substitute in your place if you are unable to attend.

If a session is cancelled, all efforts will be made to cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the class and registrants will be notified via e-mail. Registrants will be given the option to choose a different class or receive a refund.

What is your weather policy?

In the event of inclement weather or any other emergency that may impact a workshop being held at a particular location, you may call us at 781-776-4137 after 5:30 a.m. the day of the workshop to find out if the workshop has been cancelled or moved to a different location.

What if a workshop is rescheduled?

If a workshop is rescheduled, you will be automatically enrolled in that workshop on its new date and you will receive a confirmation email. If the rescheduled workshop is not convenient, you may receive a credit to attend any workshop during that workshop season or receive a refund. To receive this credit, you must advise CPD in writing via email, fax or letter and it must be received by CPD at least 5 business days prior to the rescheduled date.
