WORK AT A DAY PROGRAM
Bridgewell’s day programs for adults with disabilities provide compassionate social interaction and life-skills education for adults facing intellectual challenges. We are now hiring for positions in Danvers, Billerica, Lynn and Peabody! Our employees bring energy, creative ideas and a real passion for service. The unique contribution of each employee is what drives our mission. Positions available include:
- Classroom Aides
- Developmental Specialists
- Driver Aides
- Service Managers
Education Requirement
- Positions starting for applicants with a High School Diploma or GED.
BECOME A DRIVER
Bridgewell is hiring DRIVERS and MONITORS to transport people with developmental disabilities to and from their homes and day services in the morning and afternoon. They assist and record progress toward goals and also document medical data. This position may be a great introduction to a career in human services. This is part-time work that provides full-time rewards!
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon.
Monitor and Driver Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Upbeat positive attitude
- For Drivers Only: At least three years of driving experience in the US with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
