Looking to become involved in the Bridgewell mission? Bridgewell has various volunteer opportunities dedicated to the oversight of the organization, fundraising and special events as well as human rights and family advisory committees.

Gala

The Imagine the Possibilities Gala is Bridgewell’s annual signature fundraising event. Volunteer opportunities include night-of volunteers, participating on the planning committee or helping secure auction items.

Human Rights

Bridgewell’s three Human Rights Committees are looking for dedicated volunteers. The committees were established to promote, safeguard and protect the human dignity and legal rights of persons served by reviewing, monitoring and investigating the activities of Bridgewell programs. Human Rights Committee Membership consists of persons served, family members and advocates for persons served and professionals.

Board of Directors

Bridgewell is setting the standard for providing social and human services in New England. Are you interested in serving on the Board of Directors?

Bridgewell seeks board members who may have professional expertise or knowledge in the field of human services, finance, property management, law, fundraising or communications. Additionally, Bridgewell seeks to fill the Board with people committed to the organizational mission and vision.

In addition to the Executive Committee, Bridgewell maintains six subcommittees: Finance, Program Property, Development and Marketing, Governance, Patient Care Assessment, Nominating and Audit Committees.

Project-based Volunteer Opportunities

Bridgewell occasionally has the need for volunteers to do small projects such as organizing inventory, cleaning up programs or supporting recreational events for small groups. Past examples have been community services, National Honor Society students and church groups. Email info@bridgewell.org to share more information and if we can accommodate your request.
