Jeff Bickford, MBA, CSM

Biography

As Chief Information Officer at Bridgewell, Mr. Bickford leads IT operations and strategic planning efforts to ensure Bridgewell meets the current and future information technology needs of the organization and its affiliates.

Mr. Bickford brings more than 25 years of IT leadership experience to the Bridgewell team. He served over a decade as the IT Director for the Town of Marblehead and North Shore Community College. Most recently, Mr. Bickford served as the CIO of Northern Essex Community College for 12 years.

Mr. Bickford earned a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Salem State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He is a certified Scrum Master and a graduate of the Massachusetts Community College Leadership Academy as well as The Chair Academy.
