Kenneth C. Halkin, MBA

Biography

Kenneth C. Halkin, Chief Financial Officer, brings to Bridgewell a wealth of experience in financial and executive management in the field of health and human services.  Prior to Bridgewell, Ken was the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at Greater Lynn Senior Services, Inc. (GLSS) for eight years. In that role, he oversaw all aspects of the budget and financial management as well as IT and facilities functions.

Prior to GLSS, Mr. Halkin was an independent management consultant for small and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations for over seven years and had previously held multiple leadership roles at Tri-City Mental Health Center and other human service agencies.

In the public sector, Mr. Halkin has served as an area business manager for the Department of Mental Health and as CFO and COO of the state prison healthcare system. He has served on a number of non-profit boards and has a Master in Business Administration from Cornell University.
