Biography

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Bridgewell, Leanna Fleming brings a wealth of experience in financial and executive management in the field of health and human services.

Ms. Fleming’s career spans diverse industries such as education, hospitality, and retail, where she has consistently demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Her strategic insights and operational acumen have contributed to the growth and stability of the organizations she has served. Prior to Bridgewell, she served in various senior roles including CFO and Vice President of Finance. Most recently, she served as CFO at Waystone Health and Human Services.

Ms. Fleming earned both Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Science in Accounting degrees from Bentley University, providing a strong foundation in finance and leadership. She will oversee all aspects of Bridgewell’s finance department and budget, and will also serve as compliance officer for the organization.
