You wouldn’t know it now, but not too long ago her depression and anxiety kept her alienated and alone. A few years ago, a head injury left her susceptible to migraines.
She attends Bridgewell’s Lowell Adult Day Treatment program, she gets to be with other people who understands what she has gone through and she’s learning the skills to get on with her life.
Without Bridgewell, she knows she’d still be sitting in the dark on her sofa, hiding from the world, and wondering why she felt so miserable all the time.
