Elaine White

Biography

As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. White is responsible for the day to day operations of the organization in all services provided in day programming, residential supports, employment, housing, recovery supports and outpatient behavioral health. These services support people with disabilities and other life challenges to live safe, self-directed and productive lives. Ms. White also provides oversight to the Quality Assurance and Facilities Departments.

Ms. White’s career with Bridgewell spans more than 35 years. She began as a direct support professional and advanced into numerous management positions within the organization, in program operations, facilities and administration. Ms. White earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Fitchburg State University and holds Housing Specialist certifications for HUD funded programs in Section 8 rent calculation and eligibility. Outside of Bridgewell, Ms. White is a member of Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS and the North Shore HOME Consortium. She has also served as the President of the Lynn Continuum of Care and Massachusetts Bay Self Insurance Group.
