Bridgewell administers 200 housing vouchers for very low-income individuals with disabilities and their families. These vouchers can help those in challenging circumstances find safe, suitable, and affordable disability housing for themselves and their families.
Participants must meet income eligibility requirements and present proof of disability to qualify for the program. Bridgewell is a designated housing authority and as such abides by all applicable local and federal requirements.
Bridgewell has partnered with GoSection8 to provide accessible affordable housing resources to those in need of assistance. GoSection8 offers an enhanced program for listing rental properties online, providing individuals and families easy online access to affordable housing options near them.
These listings are available for potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking safe and affordable apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes, or townhomes on the private real estate market.
