HUD Mainstream Housing Choice Voucher Program

Bridgewell administers 200 housing vouchers for very-low income people who are disabled and their families so that they can afford safe and suitable housing in their communities. Participants must meet the income eligibility guidelines and have proof of a disability to qualify for the program. Bridgewell is a designated housing authority and as such abides by all applicable local and federal requirements.

Affordable Housing Resources

Bridgewell has partnered with GoSection8, which provides an enhanced program to list rental properties on line. Listings are available to potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes or townhomes in the private market.
