Fund a Need: Recovery Services Goes Cruising

With funding from the generosity of donors who contributed to Bridgewell’s Fund a Need appeal at the 2025 Imagine the Possibilities Gala, 36 people in Bridgewell’s recovery programs went on a lunch cruise around Boston Harbor.

Women (and children) from Lotus Street Family Supportive Housing, Women’s Program, Johnson Street as well as affordable housing went on a lunch cruise around Boston Harbor. This experience, a first for most who participated.

Why a harbor cruise? Experiences like this lunch cruise give the women opportunities to learn and explore who they are and what they enjoy at a time when self-discovery and enriching life experiences are critical for recovery.
