Biography
Ms. Pottie oversees all aspects of Bridgewell’s residential programs, including more than 70 Department of Development Service (DDS) residential programs throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
Ms. Pottie has more than 20 years of experience in the human services field. She started as a Direct Support Professional and has advanced into management and leadership roles throughout her career.
Ms. Pottie earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix, and she has earned multiple leadership certifications.
