Biography

Molli Marshall serves as Vice President of Day Habilitation and Community Engagement, overseeing Bridgewell’s four Day Habilitation programs, Employment Supports and Community Based Day Services (CBDS), and recreation programs. In this role, Molli provides strategic leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, skill development, meaningful community engagement, and employment opportunities for the individuals Bridgewell supports.

Throughout her tenure at Bridgewell, Molli’s career has reflected tremendous professional growth and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission. She has advanced from direct service work into increasingly responsible leadership roles, most recently serving as Director of Day Habilitation Operations.

Molli has demonstrated strong leadership in operations, staff development, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, engaging culture for employees and the individuals Bridgewell supports. She has also been instrumental in strengthening Day Habilitation programs, developing leaders, improving outcomes, and advancing person-centered, trauma-informed practices. Molli believes that every individual deserves opportunities to learn, contribute, and thrive in their community, and is passionate about building programs that create meaningful pathways to inclusion and personal growth.

Molli earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College and was honored with the Providers’ Council Gerry Wright Direct Service Award in 2018.
