Raffle – Complete Rules and Process
Chart Your Course Bridgewell Raffle
The Cruise Certificate is valid for a Holland America Line cruise for two (2) people sharing one stateroom. Choice of sailing dates will be accommodated on a space-available basis and will be confirmed at time of request. The Cruise Certificate may be used for the sailing and number of nights indicated.
The certificate may not be used for Alaska CruiseTours, World Cruises, Holiday Cruises (Christmas and New Year’s) or Grand Voyages.
The stateroom category will be a minimum oceanview stateroom selected by Holland America Line. If space is available, stateroom upgrades are available at an additional cost. Third and fourth persons are permitted in the same stateroom and
will be charged the per person tariff per applicable brochure. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone who is at least 21 years old. All cruise certificates are strictly for cruise only.
Costs of transportation to and from the port of embarkation, hotels, taxes, fuel supplement and surcharges as applicable, transfers, shore excursions, personal expenses on board (e.g., laundry, certain beverages, phone calls,
etc.) and hotel service charges are NOT included.
Holland America Line’s Cancellation Protection Plan, Cancellation Protection Plan Platinum, Fly Cruise Plan, overnight hotel accommodations, and Pre- and Post-cruise packages are available for purchase by guests holding a Cruise Certificate. Cancellation of a cruise after the cruise has been confirmed will result in the forfeiture of the Cruise Certificate. The Cruise Certificate is noncommissionable, nonrefundable, has no cash redemption value and is nontransferable. The Cruise Certificate cannot be resold and cannot be used as partial payment toward a longer Holland America Line cruise. Original Cruise Certificate must be submitted to Holland America Line. No partial forms or photocopies will be accepted. All Holland America Line cruises are provided subject to the terms of the Holland America Line Cruise Contract.

Raffle Details:
Online sales will run through April 10. In-person sales will continue at the Imagine the Possibilities Gala. The winner will be announced on April 11.
The winner will coordinate with Nancy Gramolini for transfer of certificate.
The raffle will be sold out when 100 tickets are sold. The winner will be notified by email and phone. If you purchased raffle ticket(s) online, you will receive a letter with your ticket number via email. You need not be present to win. Bridgewell reserves the right to publish the name of the winner. Completion of online payment forms serves as an electronic signature for raffle tickets.
Net proceeds from raffle tickets will be used to support the general operations of Bridgewell. No returns or refunds.
The value of the prize will be treated as ordinary income to the winner for federal and state income tax purposes, and the winner may be required to pre-pay a portion of the tax liability prior to receiving the prize. The raffle ticket cost is not tax-deductible. The Internal Revenue Service takes the position that no portion of the ticket price will qualify as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.

Employees of Bridgewell’s Development & Marketing Department and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the prize.
By entering, each entrant acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Each entrant must meet all eligibility requirements as required by law. Due to legal restrictions, online raffle ticket purchases are open only to legal residents of Massachusetts.
