Walter

Walter, who attends one of Bridgewell’s day programs, always goes above and beyond to help others. So much so, he recently received a Northeast Region Department of Developmental Services Award for exemplifying contributions to community and others.

Bridgewell Program Director Molli and staff Sarah arranged to drive Walter and his sister Linda to the award ceremony. Molli dressed up as a chauffeur and rolled out a red carpet for Walter, while Sarah acted as the paparazzi!

Walter had an unforgettable and well-deserved night to celebrate his accomplishments.
