Bridgewell’s Celebration of Community Family Fun Day!

What a great day! So many members of our community attended Bridgewell’s Family Fun Day on October 12 at our Headquarters in Peabody!

Close to 200 family members, Bridgewell staff and people in Bridgewell’s services came together for lunch and enjoyed music, games, crafts, a photo booth and new this year, a trunk or treat. Thank you to DJ Bethany for entertaining the crowd with dancing, singing and more. Caricature artist John Doherty sketched portraits for all who wanted one, too!

Trunks were decorated by Bridgewell employees from across the organization including finance, information technology, residential and day programs and Family Support Center. This daytime, quiet and smaller trunk or treat was intended to help people prepare for other Halloween activities like larger community events and trick or treating.

Fire Capt. Jim Wronkowski stopped by with firefighters Tanya Lopes and Steven Leavitt to engage with guests, show off the truck and let people peek inside and all around.

The event was organized with Bridgewell’s Development & Marketing Department, Facilities, Family Engagement Committee, Bridgewell’s Family Support Center and Recreation Department.
