The program started in 2007 in the Lynn and Newburyport District Courts and was offered to individuals aged 17 -26. Today, the program is available in all eight district courts in Essex County to individuals of all ages. The program has also expanded to offer Recovery Coaching, After Care (to include assistance with housing and employment) and a peer support group available to diversion participants and graduates.
