2015 Greater Lowell Health Alliance Annual Breakfast

Bridgewell’s Pathfinder Drop-In Center staff attended the 2015 Greater Lowell Health Alliance Annual Breakfast on September 25 at the Westford Regency. We proudly displayed a poster to highlight the Pathfinder Outreach Project, funded by Greater Lowell Health Alliance. The Pathfinder Outreach Project connects very difficult-to-reach, homeless adults in Lowell with health care, housing and other essential community services.
