His warm presence and sincere interest in others have made him a familiar and welcome face across the organization, and his ability to foster relationships reflects the very best of person-centered support.

Yves Thibault

Yves has demonstrated remarkable dedication and flexibility throughout her tenure, serving individuals across day, evening, and overnight shifts. No matter the role, Yves is a strong advocate for the people she supports, ensuring their medical needs, comfort, and overall well-being are always prioritized. She has provided compassionate care during some of life’s most challenging moments, supporting several individuals through end-of-life care with dignity, empathy, and unwavering commitment. Yves’ advocacy, professionalism, and deep compassion make a meaningful difference every day.

Gloria Kashambala

Gloria consistently goes above and beyond in her role as Assistant Manager, demonstrating exceptional dedication to the individuals she supports. Her commitment was especially evident as she helped coordinate and support the complex care needs of an individual following a successful kidney transplant, managing ongoing medical appointments, medication changes, and specialized support. Gloria also remained a steadfast advocate for another individual during an extended hospitalization, making weekly visits and ensuring their needs and preferences remained at the center of care through a successful transition to a new home. Beyond her own program, Gloria actively looks for opportunities to enrich the lives of individuals across the broader community, encouraging participation in events and activities that foster connection and inclusion. Her advocacy, compassion, and commitment exemplify the impact of outstanding direct support.
