We need your help – strength in numbers.

Last week, Collaborative members presented testimony to the committee on our three-pronged funding proposal for American Rescue Plan Act funds, which includes:

  • $174 million per year over five years for funding to support recruitment/retention initiatives in the human services workforce
  • $27 million over five years for a student loan repayment program; and
  • $250,000 for a marketing campaign designed to attract individuals to jobs in the human services sector.

It is critical that Chairman Michael Rodrigues at Senate Ways & Means and Chairman Aaron Michlewitz at House Ways & Means hear from their legislative colleagues support for this request.

Call or email your local legislators and ask them to support of the funding above to the Senate and House Ways & Means Chairmen.
