Boston Street’s Community-Based Day Supports program reached their summer garden goals – they were able to harvest enough produce to make a sizeable donation to the Haven from Hunger’s Food Pantry.
The group donated carrots, tomatoes, onions, Swiss chard and herbs. They spent all summer planting, wedding and watering their garden with the hope of making this donation to help the Haven from Hunger. Additionally, the CBDS program has been packing and organizing food for distribution at the food pantry.

Another great example of Bridgewell individuals and staff supporting other nonprofits while building skill sets that can be transferred to other community volunteer projects and employment.
