Bridgewell Appoints Keefe as Clinic Director

PEABODY, Mass. (July 2026) – Bridgewell, a nonprofit social and human services organization serving northeastern Massachusetts, today announced the appointment of Townsend resident Enid Keefe as Clinic Director of Bridgewell Counseling Services in Lowell.

“As a veteran licensed mental health clinician and with experience caring for the populations we serve in Lowell, Enid is equipped with the operational and clinical skills that make an exceptional director,” said Bridgewell President and CEO Christopher Tuttle.  “Enid will enable us to better serve the Greater Lowell community by increasing accessibility, ease, and enhance the experience of each client as they take control of their overall wellness/health.”

Keefe, an English/Spanish bilingual speaker, will lead clinical and administrative staff and ensure the provision of quality services to those served by the clinic.

Keefe is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.  Previously, Keefe served as director of a Central Massachusetts-based behavioral health center for over three years and as a mental health clinician for nearly two decades.  In both roles, she consistently demonstrated expertise in blending leadership, clinical, and management skills.

Keefe earned an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Johnson and Wales, a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, a master’s degree in education from Cambridge College, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in mental health from Rivier College in New Hampshire.
