Bridgewell Appoints Marshall as Vice President of Day Habilitation and Community Engagement

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – PEABODY, Mass. (Sept. 29, 2026) – Bridgewell, a nonprofit social and human services organization serving northeastern Massachusetts, today announced the appointment of Middleton resident Molli Marshall as Vice President of Day Habilitation and Community Engagement.

Marshall will oversee the administrative, fiscal, and programmatic needs of Bridgewell’s day habilitation programs, which provide life skills development, community engagement, and daytime supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and Community-Based Day Services (CBDS) and employment programs.

“Molli has played an integral role in strengthening Bridgewell’s programs over the last decade by developing person-centered and trauma-informed practices to improve outcomes for the individuals we serve,” said Bridgewell President and CEO Christopher Tuttle.  “Her career has reflected tremendous professional growth and a deep commitment to our mission.  Advancing from direct service work to management-level roles has given her a unique perspective that allows her to lead compassionately and with expert guidance.”

She most recently served as Bridgewell’s Director of Day Habilitation Operations, where she partnered with managers to drive quality outcomes, workforce development, compliance, and operational excellence within all four of Bridgewell’s day habilitation programs.  Marshall also served as Program Manager and Developmental Specialist of Bridgewell’s day programs and has led operational initiatives and advanced person-centered service models for over a decade.

Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College and was honored with the Providers’ Council Gerry Wright Direct Service Award in 2018.
