Bridgewell Represented at The Providers&#39 Council Annual Convention

Bridgewell was represented at The Providers’ Council Annual Convention on Tuesday, November 29 at the Marriott Copley Place in Boston. The annual convention includes a full-day of workshops, networking opportunities and vendor exhibits for human service professionals in New England.

The Providers’ Council honored Bridgewell Residential Supervisor Kelli Hyland with the Richard J. Bond Award for a supervisor with outstanding contributions to serving those in need.

Bridgewell Assistant Director of Training Gary LaPierre also presented at The Providers’ Council Convention on staff development. His workshop “I Can’t Wait until Monday!” discussed the benefits of creating a fun workplace to boost energy and creativity while increasing production and retention.
