Congratulations, Rob!

During the past two years, Bridgewell resident Rob has been working at Brightview Assisted Living. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Rob was working and making sure he was helping in anyway he could.

On January 25, Rob received an Star of the Year award from his employer, Brightview Assisted Living in Danvers. Rob is supported at his job through his employment program at the Northeast Arc. Because he won this award for the Danvers location, this placed the whole company in the running of Employee of the Year. Rob was invited to attend an employee recognition night in Baltimore, where they would announce the employee of the year for the entire company.

On February 1, Rob along with his job coach from Northeast Arc, flew to Baltimore. Later that night they attended a dinner where Rob would be announced as the winner Associate of the Year for Brightview.

This has been such an amazing experience for Rob. Congratulations, Rob!
