Congratulations to Andrea Ward, Vice President of Community Integration (formerly titled VP of Housing & Recovery Services)

Over the past 11 years, Andrea has been an exceptional leader and a steadfast champion of Bridgewell’s mission. Her dedication to the individuals we support and the employees who make our work possible has made a lasting impact across the organization. Through her work supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as those with co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, Andrea has developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our communities and the importance of person-centered, high-quality care.

Andrea’s leadership experience spans both residential and independent living services, giving her a unique perspective on how our programs work together to help people live meaningful, connected lives in their communities. Throughout her career at Bridgewell, she has consistently demonstrated strategic thinking and a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. She is a collaborative and thoughtful leader who approaches challenges with compassion, integrity, and sound judgment. These qualities have helped strengthen our services and advance our mission.
