Bridgewell’s Director of Housing and Respite Services Zoe Larsen was honored at YWCA Northeastern Massachusetts’ Tribute to Women awards luncheon for making a difference in our community.

From her nomination:

Zoe is passionately dedicated to supporting individuals with mental illness, addiction, and developmental challenges in the Merrimack Valley. Her personal experiences and career journey have uniquely equipped her to offer profound support and inspiration. Holding an MA in clinical psychology, an MBA, and her LMHC, Zoe is pursuing a doctorate beginning in the fall of 2025. 

At Bridgewell, she advanced from a Direct Support Worker in 2012 to Director of Housing and Respite Services. She serves on several boards, including NAMI Massachusetts, Beth Israel, Lahey Health Performance Network, the Lynn Community Connections Coalition. She also serves on the Patient and Family Advisory Council for Beverly, Addison Gilbert and Bay Ridge Hospitals as well as the Human Rights Committee at Bay Ridge Hospital.
