Derek: 10 Years at Dave & Buster’s!

Derek has worked at Dave & Busters for over 10 years with support through Bridgewell’s Employment Supports program. He has had wonderful memories working with his supportive managers Aubrey and Anthony. He loves the games and arcades at Dave & Busters, especially the new Human Claw Machine, Top Gun, Hot Wheels, and NASCAR Games.

His main responsibilities are refilling the ice machine, restocking hand wipes, restocking the ketchup packets and marshmallows, unloading dirty and re-wrapping clean silverware, making sure there are handwipes available and cleaning chemicals for the bar, tables, and games.

In June, Derek started volunteering at Beverly Bootstraps, too. He sorts and hangs clothing to be sold at the thrift store as well as organizing donated DVDs and videos.
