Employment Partner: Spalenza

Bridgewell is excited to announce a new employment support partner – Spalenza, a day spa in Danvers, which specializes in massages, facials, make up, hair and more.

Annie and Zach, who attend Bridgewell’s Rosewood II Day Program, have worked at Spalenza since September. Responsibilities range from refilling massage creams, watering plants, restocking the water and coffee station, sweeping floors, dusting shelves, cleaning mirrors and windows, polishing  leather seats, organizing supplies and folding laundry.

“Spalenza Spa has been a great community employment partner so far. Their staff is extremely accommodating and supportive of our individuals needs,” said Career Specialist Marc Jamieson. “It’s nice to see the friendly interactions not only between our individuals and their staff, but from our individuals with their customers as well. This seems to be a great partnership that truly promotes inclusion within the community.”

Spalenza will be donating 20% of its proceeds for customers using the promotional code Bridgewell in December. This offer is available for services scheduled for Mondays through Thursdays and includes gift certificates – just in time for the holiday season!
