Mainstream Section 8 Housing Voucher Application Waiting List Order to be Established by Lottery

Bridgewell & Middlesex North Resource Center Inc (MNRC) announce the limited opening of the Mainstream program waiting list.  At the time of admission, the head, spouse or co-head of the household must be a non-elderly (at least 18 years of age and less than 62 years of age) person with disabilities. Preference will be given to those applicants who live or work in Lynn or Lowell, MA. Applications may be obtained in one of the following ways:

• Mail – To request an application please call (781) 593-1088 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. beginning October 25, 2019 through November 8, 2019.

• In Person – Applicants may pick up a pre-application at Bridgewell Inc. Main Office, 10 Dearborn Road, Peabody, 01960 between 9am and 5pm.

Applications must be mailed to: HCVP Mainstream Lottery, 10 Dearborn Road, Peabody, MA 01960 and received by Bridgewell Inc. or postmarked no later than November 29, 2019.  Late applications will not be accepted.  The application form may be photocopied.  Only one application per household will be accepted.  Faxed and electronically submitted applications will not be accepted.
