May 11 – Phone Script from CEO

Hello Bridgewell Parents & Guardians. I am Christopher Tuttle, President & CEO, and today is Monday, May 11.

As of this morning, we have 31 staff and 30 people in our services currently positive with COVID-19. I’m happy to report that a significant number of negative mobile testing results came in over the weekend. While we’re not out of the woods yet, we’re hopeful that we are starting to see some signs of containment.

We hope to hear in the next couple of weeks from the state when we might be able to reopen the day programs and in what operational capacity. We do not anticipate that it will be like it was prior to the closings. This week we are starting internal committees to look at protocols to open day programs. We expect that we will be able to share more information with you in the coming weeks as we learn more. I ask for your patience and understanding as we all navigate this new normal.
