Together, we will honor Elaine White with Bridgewell’s Visionary Leadership Award, and Joseph & Melaney Fodera of Cornerstone Construction with our Excellence in Service Award.

Beginning as a direct support professional and advancing to Chief Operating Officer, Elaine will be retiring after 45 years of service. Her leadership has helped shape Bridgewell’s remarkable growth and lasting impact.
